Date & Time: 5th March, 13:00 GMT | Format: Live on Zoom
During the panel “Film Data & Policy between UK and China” we are going to address an emerging topic which deserves urgent attention and exploration. This panel will be the first on this important matter.: not only specialised academics, but also experienced professionals in the film industry will share their ideas as speakers. The debate will aim to answer many questions, such as: what are the gaps between the UK and China in terms of film data collection, data evaluation and data policies? What kinds of data utilisation strategies and data polices could China and the UK learn from each other? In doing so, the panel seeks the opportunities of Sino-UK business/academic collaboration in data evaluation and protection.
This is the first of its kind panel and it is an emerging topic which deserves urgent attention and exploration.
